What the office coffee service is
Our office coffee service sends your team whole bean or ground coffee from independent Oregon roasters, from the same rotation as our home subscription. Each roaster roasts to order and ships in its own bag. Roasted and shipped within 3 days.
We send coffee, not equipment. We do not lease, install or service machines, and we do not deliver brewers. Bring your own drip machine, grinder or espresso setup.
How a quote works
Email office@multnomahcoffeeclub.com with two things: how many people drink coffee at work, and how you brew it. We reply with a quote by email.
The quote covers coffee only. It is the same rotation of independent Oregon roasters as the home subscription, so the break room gets a different Oregon roaster over time instead of one house blend forever.
Why an Oregon roaster belongs in the break room
A bag from Coava's Southeast Portland roastery or Backporch in Bend keeps the money with people who roast and pack coffee in this state, not with a distributor out of state. Backporch has a staff of more than 40 in Central Oregon. Nossa Familia gives its permanent staff paid volunteer hours in the community. When your team drinks their coffee, that is who you are paying.
It also gives a team something to talk about. The packing slip in each box names the roaster and their shop, and every one of those shops is in Oregon. Read more on why local roasters matter.

Office questions
Do you provide coffee machines?
No. We do not run machines or deliver equipment. We send fresh coffee from Oregon roasters for the setup you already have.
How do I get a price for my office?
Email office@multnomahcoffeeclub.com with your team size and brew method, and we quote by email.
Is it the same coffee as the home subscription?
Yes. It comes from the same rotation of independent Oregon roasters, roasted to order and shipped in the roaster's own bag.
Can we get it ground?
Yes, whole bean or ground. Tell us how you brew when you ask for a quote.
