Office coffee for Portland teams

Fresh bags from Oregon roasters for a Portland break room, quoted by email.

What is office coffee from Oregon roasters in Portland?

Multnomah Coffee Club sends offices in Portland coffee from a different independent Oregon roaster in each box, quoted by email. 56 roasters we list roast in and near Portland (counted 2026-09-27), among them Case Study Coffee Roasters, Coava Coffee Roasters, Heart Coffee Roasters, Nossa Familia Coffee and Portland Coffee Roasters, plus 51 more. Tell us your team size, how you brew and how often, and we reply with a quote.

Office coffee in Portland

Our office coffee service sends a Portland team whole bean or ground coffee from independent Oregon roasters, from the same rotation as our home subscription. The break room gets a different Oregon roaster each box instead of one house blend forever. Each roaster roasts to order and ships in its own bag. Roasted and shipped within 3 days.

We send coffee only, and we do not lease, install or service machines. It suits a Portland office that already has a brewer and wants fresher beans in it.

How it works for a Portland office

  1. Tell us how many people drink coffee at work.
  2. Tell us how you brew it, so we know whether to send whole bean or ground.
  3. Say how often you want coffee: every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or not sure yet.
  4. We reply with a quote by email. It covers coffee only.

The packing slip in each box names the roaster and their shop.

The roasters around Portland

  • Nossa Familia Coffee: began in 2004 with a container of the founder's family coffee from Brazil, and its wholesale side supplies local grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
  • Coava Coffee Roasters: most of its coffees come in either a drip or an espresso roast profile.
  • Portland Coffee Roasters: founded by Mark Stell in 1996, and it still roasts coffee from the La Hilda Estate in Costa Rica every year.
  • Heart Coffee Roasters: prints a roast date and batch number on every bag in place of light, medium or dark.
  • Trailhead Coffee Roasters: delivers to local markets and cafes by cargo bicycle and pedal-electric tricycle from its roastery on SE Mill St.
  • Roseline Coffee: its Portland roastery and lab is where it trains its own staff and its wholesale clients.

Roasters named here are local favorites we list. A listing does not mean a roaster is part of the club, and no roaster pays to be listed.

Office boxes come from roasters across Oregon, chosen by us, and we do not promise a particular roaster. The city's shops have their own Portland coffee page.
