Their story
Travel drives the brand. Each roast is named for a place the team has visited, such as Rowena Crest, Hells Canyon, Cabot Trail and Lolo Pass. Founder Eugene Jung works alongside co-founder and head roaster Tato Zedginidze, a Q-grade certified roaster from Tbilisi, Georgia. According to the home page, 5 percent of each year's profit is donated to the National Park Foundation.
The owners sum up the brand as Destination, Inspiration, Coffee. They say each roast is meant to capture the flavor, scent and feel of the place it is named after. Coffee is roasted in small batches and every bag carries a roast date. Sizes run from 6 ounces up to 5 pounds, and the site says the company has won several international awards.

Roast levels run Light, Medium, Medium dark, Dark and French. House blends include Four Corners Breakfast Blend and Signature House Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Rowena Crest (Ethiopia, light), Hells Canyon (Ethiopia, medium), Hawk's Nest (Guatemala, medium), Copacabana (Brazil, medium dark) and Cabot Trail (Colombia, dark).
