Their story
This Klamath Falls roaster sells its espresso blend online and has stopped offering 12 ounce bags. Its single coffee, the Steadfast Espresso Blend, combines beans from Mexico, Brazil and Kenya and is roasted to full city plus, which the shop calls dark. Since dropping small bags, the blend is sold in 2, 3 and 5 pound sizes, either whole bean or ground for French press, drip or espresso.
A Brewology page written by the roaster covers the basics: filter hard tap water, match grind size to brew time, and use a burr grinder. For ratios, the roaster suggests between 13 and 15 grams of water for each gram of coffee, measured on an inexpensive scale.
