Their story
Archive works as a coffee roaster and cafe during the day and turns into a cocktail bar at night, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. The roasting team works in small batches and aims to bring out sweetness and brightness without taking beans too dark. Whole beans, gift cards and weekly to monthly coffee subscriptions are sold through the website.
For the evening bar, Archive looks to the classic era of cocktails and is building a collection of artisan spirits, alongside a rotating craft beer list and wine. Roasting happens on Mondays and Tuesdays, with online orders shipped on Wednesdays for a flat $8 or picked up in the shop for free. Bags come in 250 gram and 5 pound sizes.

House blends include At Home, Volume I and Dark. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia Linarco Rodriguez Pink Bourbon, El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas, Peru Warmikuna and Nicaragua La Bastilla anaerobic yeast fermentation. Coffee and food run from 7am to close, and the full bar starts at 4pm.

Current single origins include a honey processed Bourbon from Cerro Las Ranas in Apaneca, El Salvador, grown under Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons, and a washed Peru from Junin.
