Their story
A family runs this Bend roastery and cites 20 years of roasting experience. Its coffees mix fair trade organic lots, co-op and family farm microlots and farm direct beans, sold as single origins and blends. The medium roast shelf holds three blends: a Breakfast Blend, a House Espresso Blend and one called Patagucci that the roaster pitches as a Northwest blend.
Single serve pour over packets come singly or in boxes of eight, filled with either an organic natural process Ethiopia Guji or the Patagucci blend, and are aimed at camping and travel. Darker options include the Black & Tan and Smoky Joe blends, a French roast and a seasonal organic Italian roast. Monthly subscriptions send three or four bags, and one of the choices is a seasonal Ethiopia or another light roast picked by the roaster.

Roast levels run Organic Italian Roast and French Roast. House blends include Black & Tan, Mr Sandman, Smoky Joe, Patagucci Blend, Breakfast Blend and House Espresso Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Costa Rica Dona Isa and Ethiopia Guji natural (organic). Espresso: House Espresso Blend. Decaf: House Decaf, Swiss Water Process.
