Oregon Coffee & Tea is one of the beloved local roasters we follow in Oregon: an independent roaster based in Corvallis. Here is what their own pages and public sources say about them, in our words.
Their story
Three generations of the Collett family run this Corvallis coffee and tea store. Dennis Collett roasts the coffee himself two or three times a week so it stays fresh. The store carries fourteen coffees picked from local customer favorites, along with a large tea selection spanning black, green, oolong, white and herbal blends.
Miriam, Jordan, Dennis and Casey Collett run the store and together count more than 50 years in the coffee and tea trade. The family once appeared on the cover of Willamette Living magazine. The Colletts say they follow old world standards of quality and comfort, and that customer suggestions steer which new coffees and teas they bring in.
What they roast
Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia and Sumatra. Decaf: Guatemala Swiss Water decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.
Where to drink it
The Corvallis store is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sundays and Mondays. Online orders are taken at any time.
