Still Vibrato Coffee Roasting is one of the beloved local roasters we follow in Oregon: an independent roaster based in Bend, founded in 2016. Here is what their own pages and public sources say about them, in our words.
Their story
After years of pulling espresso and roasting in Portland, the owners moved to Bend in 2016, opened a roastery and later added an espresso bar. Roasting happens in a space shared with Seahorse Chocolate, on a San Franciscan roaster beside a hand-poured cement cupping bar. The team buys coffees in season through importers that focus on particular growing regions, a habit built while working among Portland importers.

Single origins on the list when we checked: Arrocera Natural, Mexico, Flor de Cafe, Guatemala, Kamwangi AB, Kenya and Cati Simon. Decaf: Cumbres de Narino Decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

The cafe is open daily from 6:30am to 4pm; the roastery takes visits by appointment.
