For the Oregonian who left
Plenty of people leave Oregon for a job or for family and end up a long way from the roaster they used to buy from. This gift sends Oregon coffee to them.
Each box holds a 12 oz bag from a different independent Oregon roaster, roasted to order and shipped from the roaster in its own bag with our packing slip naming who roasted it.

Where the coffee comes from
A few of the roasters we list in each part of the state:
- Portland and its suburbs: Portland Coffee Roasters, founded in 1996; Coava, which began in a North Portland garage in 2008; and Thornton Family Coffee Roasters in Beaverton.
- Willamette Valley: The Governor's Cup in Salem, open since 1991, and Cafe Mam in Eugene, buying from cooperatives in Chiapas since 1990.
- Central Oregon: Sisters Coffee Company, which started in a small log cabin, and Backporch and Lone Pine in Bend.
- Oregon Coast: Columbia River Coffee Roaster in Astoria, roasting since 1992, and Sleepy Monk in Cannon Beach.
- Southern Oregon: Noble Coffee Roasting in Ashland, named for the founder's grandfather, and Takelma Roasting Co in Roseburg, which belongs to the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Indians.
- Columbia Gorge and eastern Oregon: Ground and STOKED in Hood River, and Maupin Coffee Company, which air roasts to order in 5 pound batches.
Roasters named here are local favorites we list. A listing does not mean a roaster is part of the club, and no roaster pays to be listed.
We choose the roaster for each box and cannot promise a particular one. For a gift tied to one town, see our pages for Portland, Bend, Eugene and Salem.
How to send it
Pick a size in the gift picker, then add their name and your note at checkout. You pay once, nothing renews, and each box is roasted and shipped within 3 days.
If you are the one who moved away, a subscription for yourself is $22.90 a bag with the first bag free, on the plan builder. More on the gifts page.

How we chose these roasters
Every roaster here roasts in Oregon and was operating when we read its own site, on the date its card shows (the list itself was last checked 2026-09-27). Facts come from each roaster's own pages, written in our words; we take nothing from reviews and show no ratings. No roaster pays to be listed, and a listing does not mean the roaster is part of the club. Run a roaster here and something is off? Email coffee@multnomahcoffeeclub.com and we correct or remove the page.
Questions about sending Oregon coffee away
Can I send it to a different state?
Yes, to any address in the US. The coffee is roasted in Oregon and shipped straight from the roaster.
Can they pick the roast?
You pick it for them when you order: roast, style and grind. Choose ground for a drip machine or whole bean for someone with a grinder.
Does it renew?
No. The gift is paid once and ends after the last box, so nobody is charged afterward.
